We update our phones, tablets and computers, our cars and wardrobes but we forget to update our Subconscious beliefs that run our lives.

Firstly, the Strategy Call helps us discuss the presenting problem and what you’d like to achieve from your session.
RTT® is a unique therapy, which impacts your life from the moment you step into your session.
It’s new, it’s innovative, it calls into your life what you do want and erases and eradicates what you don’t want.
When you book a session with me, I’ll gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis—a place where you feel calm, safe, and completely in control. You’ll remember everything we uncover together, and this process will feel empowering and enlightening.
In this relaxed state, we’ll explore key moments from your life that have shaped the beliefs driving your current behaviors. With your adult perspective, you’ll revisit these memories, uncover their true meaning, and release any outdated, limiting beliefs formed in childhood. Together, we’ll work through three to four pivotal scenes to gain clarity and create space for transformation.
Once we’ve uncovered these insights, I’ll provide your mind with powerful, uplifting suggestions that align with your goals and help you move toward the life you truly want. After our session, you’ll receive a bespoke recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
Through consistent repetition, your mind will absorb these new beliefs, replacing unhelpful patterns with empowering habits of thought that lead to real, lasting change.
These new suggestions are designed to rewire your mind with new, healthy beliefs and desires that align with what you want to achieve in life. This allows for a permanent, powerful and transformational change.

Studies confirm online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. Most clients prefer to receive treatment in the comfort of their own home and the experience is of the highest quality. A preparation guide is provided in advance in order to enjoy a thoroughly calm experience. Remember, you are always in control, and I will support you, creating a safe space for you to express your emotions and begin to heal – you’ll be OK, and you are safe with me.
Please note Individuals with epilepsy, schizophrenia, or any form of psychosis are not suitable candidates for hypnotherapy.
